Our Almagro flatshare is Buenos Aires at its most authentic. Located on Av. Díaz Vélez, in the heart of one of the city's most characterful and affordable neighbourhoods, this coliving is a favourite among international students and expats who want to experience the real Buenos Aires — not the tourist version.
Almagro sits right in the geographic centre of the city, which means extraordinary convenience: you're equidistant from Palermo, San Telmo, Recoleta, and the downtown Microcentro. The apartment accommodates up to five flatmates, most of them internationals — university exchange students, language school attendees, young professionals on internships, and digital nomads who've made Buenos Aires their base for a few months.
Everything is included in the rent: high-speed WiFi, electricity, gas, water, a fully equipped kitchen, weekly cleaning of common areas, sheets and bedding, and your own set of keys. No curfew, no hidden charges — just arrive and start living.
All prices are per person, per month, with all utilities included. Contact us for current availability and exact rates.
Minimum stay: 1 month. Prices are quoted in USD and remain stable regardless of peso fluctuations. Upgrades from shared double to single are possible when availability allows.
All bills included: electricity, gas, water, and WiFi are all covered in your monthly rent — no separate accounts, no surprises at month end. You receive your own set of keys and have complete freedom to come and go at any hour.

Almagro is one of Buenos Aires' most traditional and culturally rich neighbourhoods — and one of the best-kept secrets for internationals looking for an authentic, affordable place to live. Located right at the geographic centre of the city, it gives you fast access to everything without the higher rents of Palermo or Recoleta.
Almagro is synonymous with tango. This was the neighbourhood where Carlos Gardel — the most iconic figure in tango history — first performed. As a young man, he sang in the bars and cafés along Rivadavia and the surrounding streets, and the neighbourhood still carries that musical soul today. Several active milongas (tango dance halls) operate here, and you'll find tango culture alive in the music that drifts out of corner bars on weekend evenings.
The neighbourhood is anchored by Parque Centenario, a large circular park with a lake, an open-air amphitheatre, weekend craft and book fairs, and one of Buenos Aires' best natural history museums. It's a genuine community hub where locals jog, bring their dogs, play chess, and gather on sunny afternoons — a very different energy from the tourist-heavy areas, and all the more interesting for it.
Transport from Almagro is exceptional. Línea A and Línea B of the Buenos Aires subway (subte) both pass through the neighbourhood, putting Palermo, San Telmo, and the city centre within 10–15 minutes. Dozens of bus lines also run along Av. Rivadavia — one of the longest avenues in the world — connecting you to virtually every corner of the metropolitan area.
