Our Palermo Soho flatshare is one of the most sought-after rooms in Buenos Aires among international students, exchange students, and expats. Located in the vibrant heart of Palermo — just steps from the corner of Jufré and Serrano — this fully furnished shared apartment puts you right in the middle of one of the city's most dynamic and walkable neighbourhoods.
The flat accommodates up to five people at a time, with both single and shared double rooms available. Most of your flatmates will be fellow internationals: students on exchange programmes, people attending language schools, remote workers, and travellers who decided to put down roots in Buenos Aires for a few months. It's a genuinely multicultural house where you're as likely to speak English, French, or Portuguese over breakfast as you are Spanish.
Everything is included in the rent: high-speed WiFi, electricity, gas, water, a fully equipped kitchen, weekly cleaning of common areas, sheets and bedding, and your own set of keys. Move in with just your bags — we take care of the rest.
All prices are per person, per month, with all utilities included. Contact us for current availability and exact pricing.
Minimum stay: 1 month. Single rooms are available subject to availability — if you start in a shared double and a single becomes free, you can switch. Prices are in USD and remain stable regardless of the Argentine peso exchange rate.
All bills included: electricity, gas, water, WiFi — everything is covered in your monthly rent. No hidden charges, no utility bills to manage. You will have your own set of keys and full freedom to come and go at any time, 24 hours a day, 7 days a week.
We also have rooms available in Palermo Gascón, San Telmo, and Almagro. If Palermo Soho is full on your dates, we'll find the best alternative for you.
Palermo is the largest neighbourhood in Buenos Aires and, for many internationals, the most exciting place to live. Divided informally into Palermo Soho, Palermo Hollywood, and Palermo Chico, it offers an exceptional quality of life that few city neighbourhoods can match anywhere in South America.
Palermo Soho — where our flat is located — is the creative and social heart of the area. The streets around Plaza Serrano fill up every evening with locals and internationals alike, drawn by an extraordinary density of independent restaurants, wine bars, craft beer spots, and live music venues. Weekend fairs, street art, and independent boutiques make it equally interesting by day.
The Bosques de Palermo — Buenos Aires' green lung — are just a short walk away. This vast landscaped area includes lakes, jogging and cycling paths, the Jardín Japonés (Japanese Garden), the Galileo Galilei Planetarium, polo fields, and rose gardens. It's the perfect place to study outdoors, go for a run, or simply decompress after class.
Getting around is easy: Palermo has excellent bus connections, two subway (subte) lines within walking distance, and a well-developed network of Ecobici public bicycle stations. The city centre, Recoleta, and San Telmo are all under 20 minutes away.
